The demand of the modern world has made it a necessity to maintain secure and effective security systems to ensure both environmental safety and the continuation of labor activities. This makes it a prime concern of partner organizations and companies to guarantee occupational safety, empowerment with regard to employees' family working conditions, and the minimization of possible environmental risks emerging from work processes.

In the hands of "Kapital Security", a very high priority is given to the continuing improvement in the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) competency of its personnel by developing and implementing new methodologies of innovative and international best practices. To this end, the company recently conducted an internal competition for the assessment of theoretical and practical knowledge of its employees in various HSE-related fields.

During the competition, employees were put through tests to assess their basic knowledge and skills on matters of occupational safety and environmental protection. Their ability to operate in varying work environments and extreme conditions was studied, with a definite focus on practical skills regarding the timely recognition and minimization of physical, chemical, radioactive, and psychological hazards.

It must be pointed out that "Kapital Security" renders private and corporate security services throughout Azerbaijan including Baku.
